When will I receive the wedding film?

Wedding film: <30 days

Teaser trailer: <24 hours (beginning 9pm on wedding day)

Uncut speeches: <60 days

Raw footage on hard drive: <60 days

 

How will I watch the wedding video?

Wedding films, speech edits, and teaser trailers are uploaded to a VidFlow webpage and delivered with a personalized URL (john&olivia.vidflow.com)

 

Is there a refund policy?

Yes! The client will be fully refunded if the wedding film (not including other services) is not delivered within 30 days of the wedding. There is no refund if a service is delayed by sickness, death, or technological failure.

 

Can I request edits on the wedding film?

Yes! Minor adjustments can be made on a finalized wedding film, $60 per extra hour of editing. The videographer possesses creative control over all paid services and may deny a major edit.

 

Can I request a specific song to be played in the film?

Yes! Songs can be requested before the wedding day.
